01 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing or using the 3999v platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this site.

These terms and conditions serve as a legally binding agreement between 3999v and its users. This document has been prepared in both English and Bengali — in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will apply.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account at 3999v. Minors are not permitted to use this platform. Accounts belonging to users under 21 will be closed immediately and any related transactions will be voided.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the entire balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any information changes, the support team must be notified promptly. 3999v reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been provided.

03 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your account password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login details. 3999v will not be held liable for any loss resulting from account access, unless it is proven to have been caused by a fault on 3999v's part.

• Deposited funds must come from your own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

06 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must place bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A new bonus cannot be activated until the current one has been used.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.2 Void Bets & Technical Issues

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 3999v. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse through the creation of multiple accounts.
• Use of fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools.
• Attempting to predetermine the outcome of any game.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

09 VIP Program

The 3999v VIP Program has three tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy greater benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Decisions on VIP tier changes are entirely at the discretion of 3999v. Cashback is generally paid at a set time each week.

10 Responsible Gaming

3999v believes that gaming should be enjoyable and should never be a source of financial hardship or addiction. For this reason, we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

10.1 Self-Limits
